At Mivena – as “the specialist in special fertilizers” (our mission) – we are proud to have received positive feedback from the market. Since the start of 2023, the Mivena CRF top brands have been based on our renewed, unique low-start and high-end release technology: Durable CRF. This biodegradable Durable CRF technology has proven to be the most robust CRF technology in global trials. We look back with satisfaction on the successful introduction of our Durable CRF technology, which has also been featured in international turf and horticulture publications and on social media, generating positive responses and inquiries from end users and influencers alike.

Sustainability is a global concern and a key element of Mivena’s strategy. As mentioned, our Durable CRF technology is biodegradable and results in little to no volatilization of ammonia after application. In this way, our special CRF and SRF fertilizers contribute to reducing nitrogen emissions, as they release nutrients slowly, leach less nitrate nitrogen, and show minimal or no volatilization of ammonia nitrogen. Additionally, when using our CRF or SRF fertilizers, end users only need to apply 33 to 40 percent of the quantity compared to traditional fertilizers. In short: with lower emissions and reduced application rates, Mivena’s slow-release fertilizers are a much more sustainable solution.

At Mivena, we have updated all our product labels to comply with the new EU regulations and CE marking. Your needs and wishes as a customer are very important to us. Customer centricity is one of our core values, which is why we’ve introduced several novelties based on your input:

• A new Granucote Premium 30-0-10-Ca-Mg-traces with a very uniform, small granule size for turfcare.

• A cost-effective Granupermanent Basic and Granusport Basic range for fairways and sports pitches.

• A new round calcium source in our Field-Cote 18-5-11-Ca-Mg-traces range (2M, 4M, 6M, and 8M), aimed mainly at open-field soft fruit and strawberry cultivation.

Our premium water-soluble fertilizer brand Granusol®WSF is produced under fully air-conditioned conditions and vacuum packed to prevent moisture uptake, thus avoiding clumping or caking. Granusol®WSF is sieved to create a uniform, highly soluble product, with significantly reduced risk of caking—especially due to the high-quality raw materials we use.

In both our premium Granusol®WSF and Granufert®WSF ranges, we offer:

• Products with calcium for soft water use.

• A new Granusol®WSF line for hard water, designed to acidify the irrigation water.

• A new, cost-effective Granufert Basic, a compound water-soluble fertilizer range.

The market has also responded well to our renewed budget brand Arbo-Cote®CRF, suitable for potting soil cultures. Please consult your Mivena distributor or advisor for a tailored recommendation.
